ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS || APARTMENTS
Aside from homestays in Seoul, we also offer two different apartment options too. Our Goshiwon’s are mini studios, and we also offer slightly bigger serviced apartments.
Prices for both are listed below in Korean Won.
Mini Apartment (Goshiwon)
Our Mini Studios come with a private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities.
Furniture and fittings are quite basic and most are used by university students requiring a quiet place to sleep and study.
The Goshiwon’s are centrally located meaning you have excellent access to the city.
These mini studios are a great budget option, however you must be aware they are not as immersive as a homestay.
Our serviced apartments are centrally located in the Gangnam area.
They all come with access to a fitness studio and private kitchen.
The living and bed room are separated with a sliding door and you have your own laundry facilities in the apartment.
A serviced apartment offers a lot of privacy and great facilities, but not that much in terms of immersion.
|Duration||Mini Apartment (Goshiwon)||Serviced Apartment|
|13-52 wks||207,500 / wk||720,000 / wk|
|extra night||48,033 / night||120,000 / night|
