If you are looking for a more budget option compared to our Taipei Homestays, then our apartments are exactly what you are looking for.
Our Taipei apartments are purposely located within a close proximity to LTL Mandarin School Taipei.
Our apartments offer maximum freedom for your time in Taipei.
Our apartment complex’s will come equipped with a gym, pool and local supermarkets all nearby meaning you have access to everything you need in Taipei.
Apartments in Taipei are incredibly safe, as is the city in general but do be aware hygiene standards can differ from the west, so please note this is not a 4-5 star accommodation choice.

TAIPEI APARTMENTS // MORE INFORMATION
The location of our Taipei Apartments has been chosen for our students. No long commutes, no hectic, crazy daily journeys.
You will share you apartment with locals. You will find in Asia, that it’s usually cheaper to eat out than cook at home. The culture here is very much driven towards eating out.
There are NO HIDDEN COSTS WITH LTL.
You will have full access a microwave and fridge for you to use. There is also WiFi and all other bills are included. There are never any extra or hidden costs with LTL.
PLEASE BE AWARE – our Taipei apartments are safe and super convenient, but realise they are not a 5 star hotel.

STANDARD EN-SUITE
The larger Taipei apartments come in about 25 square meters in size
This gives you more space and you will also have access to your own private bathroom.
Included also is a sizeable double bed included which can fit two people. If another person stays with you there is no extra charge also. You will be able to stay at our Taipei apartments for a longer duration if you wish.
STUDIO
With our studio apartments in Taipei you can be assured of complete privacy whenever you are home.
Bills for the Studio apartment such as heating, electric and water are all included in the prices listed below.
Our studio apartments are designed for one to two people.
You can chat to us about your options and what you wish to book.

Please Note – There is a New Year surcharge OF 4500 NTD extra for living in apartment during New Year’s week (for example from 27th of December until the 2nd of January).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I enter upon arrival?
There will be a landlady who will be able to let you in.
Will the landlady speak English?
Most likely not.
It might be worth preparing some sentences on your phone before you arrive.
Learn them, it might be your first valuable lesson for learning Mandarin!
Can I arrive anytime?
Yes but we recommend you try and get to us between 11am – 6pm on the weekend before starting your course when possible.
Can I make friends in my apartment?
There is every chance you will.
Of course this is something we cannot promise, a lot depends on what you put into this.
Either way, they are always very friendly and happy to help.
How do I get to LTL Taipei?
Taking the MRT/Subway/Underground is the most common way to school.
If you are lucky, you may even be able to walk. Likewise there are buses and bikes also at your disposal.
Is my apartment cleaned?
The communal areas, yes, your landlady will take care of those.
It is up to you to clean your room though.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes there is and that is there for you to use, free of charge.
